It all started with a muddy hallway in Melbourne.

Back in 2022, the seeds for Furqlo were sown in a suburban Melbourne hallway. Our founder was standing there, clutching a towel and chasing a very energetic, very muddy Border Collie across a freshly vacuumed carpet. In that moment of "pet parent" chaos, a simple realization hit: Being a pet owner is the best job in the world, but it shouldn't be this much hard work. We realized that while there was no shortage of pet shops in Australia, there was a real lack of smart, problem-solving gear designed for the modern Aussie lifestyle. We didn't just want another squeaky toy; we wanted a way to clean paws faster, feed our cats more reliably, and help our senior pets move without pain.
